Deliveries

• Place all orders at least 48 hours in advance.

• See below for areas served.

• Order 3-7% more sod than your actual measurements. Tip: It is better to have a little more than not enough.

• Distant and/or small orders may require special scheduling or pricing.

• There is no minimun order size, however, deliveries of less than 4000 sq ft will be combined with other deliveries to the same area. Combined invividual orders must total at least 4000 sq ft before the delivery truck can be sent out.

• Upon delivery, we will make every effort to place the sod where you need it on your site. However, our driver has descretion for any safety issues, e.g. steep slopes, soft soil, mud, sand, or inaccessibility.

• First delivery is typically between 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.

• Pallet return policy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to return empty pallets and tubes. For deposit refund ($7 each), bring them to our farm or return them when we deliver your next order.

Rhode Island: (all areas)

Eastern Massachusetts: Worcester, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable.

Eastern Connecticut: Windham, Tolland, Hartford, New Haven, Middlesex, New London.

Below is our normal delivery area. If outside this area, deliveries of less than 5000 sq ft may need to be coordinated with another delivery. Deliveries over 5000 sq ft can be scheuled independantly.
