• Please place all orders at least 48 hours in advance.
• Order 3-7% more sod than your actual measurements. Tip: It is better to have a little more than not enough.
• Distant and/or small orders may require special scheduling or pricing. Click here to contact us if you have any questions or give us a call.
• There is no minimum order size, however, deliveries of less than 4000 sq ft will be combined with other deliveries to the same area. Combined invividual orders must total at least 4000 sq ft before the delivery truck can be sent out.

• Upon delivery, we will make every effort to place the sod where you need it on your site. However, our driver has descretion for any safety issues, e.g. steep slopes, soft soil, mud, sand, or inaccessibility.
• First delivery is typically between 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.
Pallet return policy:
It is the responsibility of the customer to return empty pallets and tubes. For deposit refund ($12 Commercial, $15 Retail - each), bring them to our farm or return them at the delivery address for your next order.
Pallets should be neatly stacked and easily accessible by our forklifts.
Picking up pallets at a different address, or not connected to a delivery, may require a $50.00 service charge.

Below is our normal delivery area. If outside this area, deliveries of less than 4000 sq ft may need to be coordinated with another delivery. Deliveries over 4000 sq ft can be scheduled independantly.
